Rolanda S. McDuffie, CPA was introduced to the field of accounting in high school. She went on to attend North Carolina Agricultural & Technical University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Ms. McDuffie continued her education by obtaining a MBA and a Master’s in Accounting & Finance as well.

Ms. McDuffie manages a successful CPA firm which she started over five years ago. Her professional passion is to see small business owners and non-profit organizations grow and become financially fit through the use of accounting, tax, investing and business advisory services. That same passion is what drives her to serve the community in various, related capacities. Ms. McDuffie is frequently called upon to provide her expertise at workshops, seminars, and conferences. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of several non-profit organizations.

Her passion is to assist business owners and nonprofit organizations in growing their businesses and getting financially fit through the areas of accounting, tax, business advisory services and financially planning.
